REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA SOBRE MEDIÇÃO DE DESEMPENHO PARA GESTÃO DAS CADEIAS DE SUPRIMENTO

Resumo

Diante da crescente importância e papel relevante da cadeia de suprimentos dentro das organizações, a medição do desempenho surge como uma necessidade para a gestão eficiente e a obtenção de resultados positivos. Diversas metodologias e estudos já foram apresentados na literatura com o objetivo de classificar indicadores que direcionem corretamente as empresas do desenvolvimento de cadeias de suprimento de alta performance. Assim sendo, o presente artigo realiza uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre a medição do desempenho das cadeias de suprimento utilizando a metodologia para itens de relatório preferenciais para revisão sistemática e metanálise (Prisma – Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic
Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Como resultado, demonstra as metodologias e indicadores utilizados ao longo dos últimos cinco anos. Essa análise visa fornecer insights importantes para aprimorar a gestão de cadeia de suprimentos e promover o desenvolvimento de estratégias eficientes.
