BLOCKCHAIN NA SAÚDE: MODELOS E CASOS DE USO

A crescente complexidade dos sistemas de saúde, aliada à necessidade de garantir a privacidade e a segurança dos dados dos pacientes, impulsiona a busca por soluções tecnológicas inovadoras. A rede Blockchain, com sua característica de imutabilidade e transparência, emerge como uma promissora ferramenta para revolucionar a gestão da informação no setor da saúde, considerada a tecnologia de maior impacto na revolução digital atualmente. Consequentemente, este trabalho apresenta uma análise das aplicações da plataforma Blockchain na saúde com o objetivo realizar uma revisão sistemática, com o intuito de reunir e analisar os métodos e modelos disponíveis que abordam os desafios relacionados à interoperabilidade, privacidade e segurança dos dados de pacientes. A metodologia adotada busca fornecer uma visão abrangente e descritiva das propostas e aplicações. Para tanto, foi realizado um mapeamento da produção científica, utilizando bases de dados, com o objetivo de identificar o estado atual das soluções projetadas e implementadas baseadas em Blockchain. O estudo conclui que o Blockchain desempenha um papel estratégico na melhoria da segurança, transparência e eficiência na gestão da saúde, especialmente na cadeia de suprimentos e no monitoramento de pacientes. No entanto, desafios tecnológicos e regulatórios precisam ser superados para sua adoção plena. Os trabalhos futuros envolvem o desenvolvimento de estudos de caso com dados reais para validar as abordagens propostas e aprimorar a tomada de decisões no contexto hospitalar.
